Training Division Objectives:
Safety Programs. Provide safety programs that maintain and improve the department's working environment.
Training Programs. Provide training programs that assist the employee in advancing through the various merit ranks, compliant with all applicable NFPA standards and merit position descriptions.
Skill Retention Programs. Provide training programs that assist the employee in maintaining the skills necessary to perform the various functions safely and successfully, compliant with all applicable OSHA regulations and NFPA standards.
Divisional Support. Coordinate efforts with all other divisions in support of all department programs, procedures, and guidelines.
